Digital Marketing Strategist

Summary:

The Digital Marketing Strategist at Talari is a high profile and critical role.  We are looking for someone who has proven analytical and tool-automation experience.  You must have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities include

Digital Marketing Operations:

    • Tactical oversight of Talari’s instance of Marketo and the interactions with other integrated systems such as CRM, predictive scoring solutions, data sources and more
    • Responsibilities include definition and creation of multivariate testing for drip and nurture campaigns, lead scoring, data integrity, landing pages and multi-channel promotions
    • Originate diverse set of digital assets; develop drive-to-assets growth hacks
    • Optimize lead scoring to ensure quality leads are passed to sales development for qualification and for increasing efficiencies and conversion rates
    • Integrate accurate synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce.com
    • Effectively interact with a variety of marketing services vendors
    • Segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency
    • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure Salesforce.com is fully integrated and operational with Marketing demand gen programs

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Leverage Salesforce.com and Marketo for lead, campaign and analysis reporting
    • Track ROI of marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and continued investment
    • Analyze data and provide recommendations for Marketing efficiencies

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Marketing/Sales Operations role
    • Experience in marketing analytics
    • Advanced user of marketing automation systems like Marketo or Pardot
    • System Administration and marketing experience using Salesforce.com
    • Relevant experience in enterprise B2B marketing
    • Innovative, motivated, organized, high-energy team player
    • Process and quality orientation with extreme attention to detail
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript preferred
    • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business or a related field

    Technical Skills Desired

    • Adobe Creative Suite technical proficiency (ACA)
    • Marketo marketing automation technical proficiency (MCE)
    • Basic HTML/CSS/CMS/JS/SQL technical proficiency
    • Online marketing technical proficiency (OMCP)
    • SalesForce marketing technical proficiency (CME)
    • Administrative competency with Word Press and Google Analytics
    • Tools (Basecamp, Sendible, Optimizely, SEMrush, Kissmetrics, Sumo, Socedo, etc.)
