Regional Sales Manager, Southern California

Our business is expanding and we are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager for the Southern California territory. You will report directly into the V.P. of Sales for the Western Region. ​

Your background should contain SaaS and Wide Area Networking experience, knowledge of all facets of sales, profound understanding of sales management, partner management, and an obsession for closing business and improving revenue growth.​

Responsibilities

  • Meet, or exceed, sales goals
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing opportunities
  • Good understanding and experience with Salesforce
  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Work closely with the System Architect assigned to the West
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Establish relationships with key partners, resellers and agents to drive business
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback
  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support
  • Travel to in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-7 yrs experience in selling SaaS or WAN enterprise equipment and software
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
