In order to facilitate direct person to person collaboration, Talari’s team-centric culture primarily requires engineers to work from our Morrisville NC office but occasional work from home days are permitted.

  • High level of code production individually.
  • Responsible for guidance of more Jr. engineers.
  • Operates with minimal feedback from more senior engineers.
  • Sharing knowledge and helping other team members within the entire engineering organization.


  • 8+ Years as a contributor on a software development team
  • Language Diversity (C, SQL, PhP, Java, JavaScript preferred.)
  • Proficient with source code control
  • Imbedded Tool Set Experience
  • Networking background
  • Security Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Math, or related fields.
