Talari Virtual Appliance CT800 for Amazon Web Services

A key part of Talari’s solution for cloud, the Talari Virtual Appliance CT800 acts as a cloud gateway and runs in Amazon Web Services (AWS). Designed to improve access from company locations to IaaS sites, SaaS applications and Internet sites, the Talari Virtual Appliance CT800 delivers up to 100 Mbps full-duplex across multiple WAN connections, including Internet and AWS Direct.

Flexibility

Talari Virtual Appliance CT800 can be purchased on a usage basis through the AWS Marketplace or on a perpetual Bring Your Own License (BYOL) through Talari or its reseller partners.

Network Control Node (NCN)

The Talari Virtual Appliance CT800 can be designated as the master controller of a Talari-enabled WAN and the central point of administration for the client nodes allowing the controller function to be located in the cloud.

Geographic Redundancy

A Talari Virtual Appliance CT800 instance client node can also function as a secondary network control node. In the event of a primary data center failure, the Talari Virtual Appliance CT800 cloud instance will act as the primary network control node to maintain network continuity.
